All of the delicious flavors of creme brûlée in an easy to make mini cheesecake cupcake. You’ll love these delicious little single serve desserts!

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 9  graham crackers 1 sleeve, finely crushed
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16  ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2  cup  sugar
  • 1  teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2  cup  sour cream
  • 1  pinch  salt
  • 1/3 cup super fine sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Make your graham cracker crust by stirring together crushed graham crackers with sugar and melted butter. Divide crush amongst cupcake liners and press into the bottom.
