Healthy chocolate chip cookie bars are soft, chewy and loaded with chocolate chips! Made with almond flour and coconut flour, this chocolate chip cookie bar recipe is completely vegan, gluten-free and paleo, but you’d never tell! Ready in under 20 minutes, they make the ultimate easy keto and low carb dessert!


  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup almond butter Can sub for any nut or seed butter of choice
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4-1/2 cup keto chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. In a small bowl, prepare your flax egg, by combining your ground flax with 2 1/2 tablespoons of tap water. Allow sitting for 15 minutes, to form a gel.
